Stephanie Bell

Partner

Stephanie is a BACP-registered psychotherapist, executive coach and trainer who helps professionals build resilience and sustain performance in demanding workplaces.

She spent ten years practising as a barrister before qualifying as a psychotherapist. She now brings together clinical insight and professional experience in training and workshops on resilience, wellbeing, stress and sleep.

She holds a Distinction in her Masters in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Roehampton, a Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, and CBT-I training from the University of Oxford.

She works with individuals and teams facing the pressures of fast-paced, high-responsibility roles, with a particular interest in supporting lawyers, leaders and other professionals working under sustained pressure.

Her work is practical, psychologically informed and shaped by the realities of modern professional life.

Dr Hannah Hogarth

Partner

Dr Hannah Hogarth is an author, researcher, educator and trainer with a strong interest in resilience, wellbeing and the conditions that help people thrive under pressure.

She has worked in education for over twenty years and is currently a Senior Lecturer in Education. Her work is grounded in a strong research pedigree and a long-standing interest in how supportive relationships, thoughtful environments and creative practice help people navigate challenge.

Hannah completed her Doctorate in Education at the University of Bath in 2024 and also holds an MA in Education from Bath. She has published and presented widely, and has carried out research and evaluation for organisations including the International Baccalaureate Organisation and The Garden Classroom.

Alongside her academic and research work, she brings broad professional experience from teaching, leadership and higher education. Her work is thoughtful, practical and shaped by insight into how people learn and adapt.
