What we offer

We offer research-informed talks, workshops and structured programmes for people working in demanding professional settings. Our work covers topics such as resilience and sustainable working, burnout and early warning signs, emotional labour, professional identity, imposter syndrome, values, motivation and the impact of stress in fast-paced environments.

Each session combines useful insight and research with practical tools. We can deliver standalone talks and workshops, or develop a wider professional development programme.

You can build a programme by selecting from these areas, or focus on a single theme. We tailor each session around your setting and needs of your group.
